RM launches the new Omega Speedmaster Moonwatch Moonshine 18K gold model with a 42mm case and the latest 5-bead strap. The bracelet with five arched links in each row provides a better wearing comfort and texture. Its design is inspired by the asymmetrical case of the fourth-generation Speedmaster watch that landed on the moon. The arched minute hand and central chronograph second hand follow the iconic pointer style of the Speedmaster "Moonwatch". The "stepped" style presents a sunray polishing effect. The tachymeter scale on the ceramic bezel is made of OMEGA Ceragold technology and features the "Dot Over Ninety" (DON, the dot of the scale 90 is above the number) logo of the early Speedmaster models. The outer ring of the transparent case back is also made of Moonshine 18K gold, polished, and adopts a double-bevel design style, engraved with the words "THE FIRST WATCH WORN ON THE MOON" and "CO-AXIAL MASTER CHRONOMETER".
